Samuel
A. Sue, III, Esq. was born in South Carolina,
raised in North Carolina, son of Dr. Samuel A. Sue,
II. He graduated from Wake Forest University and
American University with a Masters in International
Affairs before graduating from Thomas Jefferson
Law School in San Diego. Mr. Sue is licensed to
practice law in California, Nevada, and North Carolina.
After law school, Mr. Sue received a Masters of
Law in International Tax and returned to Thomas
Jefferson Law School to teach international issues
and worked in the private sector with one of San
Diego's finest trust & estate law firms. Through
these experiences, he found a more personal focus,
specifically making the lives of immigrants in the
U.S. secure. He has provided financial planning
and estate planning direction to scores of families,
securing their assets for future generations. He
has helped immigrants from many countries of the
world receive status, permanent residence, citizenship
- whatever immigration benefits the law allows with
strong representation. He is a member of the American
Immigration Lawyers Association. He is a licensed
investment advisor and specializes in immigration
law, estate & trust law as well as personal
injury.
J.
Elle Cox, Esq. was born in Provo, Utah
and attended Brigham Young University, graduating
with a B.A. in English Literature, 1991, and a Juris
Doctorate, 1999 (Cum Laude). She lived in Asia for
years before attending law school and took a natural
interest in immigration law. After graduation, she
returned to Asia and worked at Kim & Chang,
the largest Asian law firm, where she managed international
corporate issues and transactions, with a focus
on corporate, employment and environmental issues
related to international corporate activities. She
returned to the United States to work in New York
City with a corporate law firm where she represented
diplomats and corporate executives on immigration
issues before settling down in San Diego in 2008
to pursue a more personal practice. During her practice,
she has helped international companies obtain immigration
benefits for their foreign national personnel; established
many US subsidiary entities that successfully tap
into US market; and has assisted numerous families
get immigration benefits for their loved ones so
they can stay together in the United States.
