After law school, Mr. Sue received a Masters of Law in International Tax and returned to Thomas Jefferson Law School to teach international issues and worked in the private sector with one of San Diego's finest trust & estate law firms. Through these experiences, he found a more personal focus, specifically making the lives of immigrants in the U.S. secure. He has helped immigrants from many countries of the world receive status, permanent residence, citizenship - whatever immigration benefits the law allows with strong representation. He is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association. He is a licensed investment advisor and specializes in immigration law, estate & trust law as well as personal injury.

J. Elle Cox, Esq. was born in Provo, Utah and attended Brigham Young University, graduating with a B.A. in English Literature, 1991, and a Juris Doctorate, 1999 (Cum Laude). She lived in Asia for years before attending law school and took a natural interest in immigration law. After graduation, she returned to Asia and worked at Kim & Chang, the largest Asian law firm, where she managed international corporate issues and transactions, with a focus on corporate, employment and environmental issues related to international corporate activities. She returned to the United States to work in New York City with a corporate law firm where she represented diplomats and corporate executives on immigration issues before settling down in San Diego in 2008 to pursue a more personal practice. During her practice, she has helped international companies obtain immigration benefits for their foreign national personnel; established many US subsidiary entities that successfully tap into US market; and has assisted numerous families get immigration benefits for their loved ones so they can stay together in the United States.
